ALL MOVES ARE OFF OF A SLOW STRAIGHT PUNCH WITH RIGHT HAND.
OPPONENT STEPS FORWARD WITH RIGHT SIDE WHEN PUNCHING
WHITE BELT
#1 Left high block in a front stance, right reverse punch,
left obverse punch, (both to mid section).
#2 Step left foot to left front stance, left inside forearm
block, right reverse punch, left obverse punch (both to mid section), step left
foot back to right, right front kick to mid section, return to left front
stance.
#3 Step left foot to right back stance, left inside forearm
block, left knife hand strike to neck, step left foot to right foot, right
round kick to mid section, return to right back stance.
YELLOW BELT
#1 Left double knife hand block in a right leg back stance,
step with right foot into a middle stance, right hand check, right elbow strike
to ribs.
#2 Double knife block, right leg back stance, #1 left side
kick to midsection, right leg back stance, left knife hand strike to neck.
#3 Left leg step into middle stance, right inner forearm
block, right leg round kick to mid section, middle stance, left inner forearm
block, right punch to mid section, single step back.
GREEN BELT
#1 Step 45 degrees to left front stance, right outside block,
right round kick to inner thigh, without stepping down, right side kick to
ribs, step behind opponents right leg to middle stance, right back fist to
kidney.
#2 Left leg front stance, left open hand outside block,
right reverse punch to mid section, step right foot behind opponents leg,
middle stance outside sweep, right reverse punch to ribs.
#3 Step forward left leg back stance, left outer forearm
block, left leg front kick to groin, left front stance outside opponents leg,
right punch to mid section, right leg behind opponents leg, right hand collar
grab, reap with knee, right punch to armpit.
GREEN BELT
#1 Step 45
degrees to left front stance, right outside block, right round kick to inner
thigh, without stepping down, right side kick to ribs, step behind opponents
right leg to middle stance, right back fist to kidney.
#2 Left leg front stance, left open hand outside block,
right reverse punch to mid section, step right foot behind opponents leg,
middle stance outside sweep, right reverse punch to ribs.
#3 Step forward left leg back stance, left outer forearm
block, left leg front kick to groin, left front stance outside opponents leg,
right punch to mid section, right leg behind opponents leg, right hand collar
grab, reap with knee, right punch to armpit.
BLUE BELT
#1 Step left leg, right back stance, square block, step left
leg front stance, right upset knife hand to neck, right back fist to temple,
knee strike to mid section double step back.
#2 Step 45 degrees to left front stance, right outside
forearm block, right round kick to mid section, step 45 degrees to right front
stance, left reverse turn side kick to kidney, step 45 degrees to left front
stance, right round kick to mid section, step right foot to middle stance,
right back fist to back of neck.
#3 Step left foot to right back stance, double fist block,
#1 front kick to low section, step back to left back stance, #3 jump front kick
to chin, step down middle stance, right back fist to temple.
BLUE BELT 2
#1 Step in with right foot to middle stance, right inside
sweeping block, right back fist to temple, step to rear, left spin crescent
kick to head, right shuffle side kick to high section, step down to left back
stance, double fist block.
#2 Bear Hug Attack: Foot Stomp, Drop center to horse stance
while thrusting elbows up. Two elbow strikes while escaping, finish with back
kick.
#3 Step left sparring stance to inside, left hand block,
right upset palm strike to stomach. Right hand pass under opponents punching
arm and left punch to kidney, followed by Left forearm strike. Grap, Sweep
opponents right leg for take down (use left hand to pull back) Finish with knee
strike.

BROWN BELT
#1 Deflection block to outside, then sidekick to the side of
the knee. Step forward, your arm under your opponent’s armpit. Strike to the
neck, step back pushing opponent down with upset hammer fist to chest.
#2 Right hand grabs lapel, elbow high to block, while left
hand palm strikes to nose. Use both hands to twist partners arm, palm up. While
controlling opponents arm knee strike to head, finish with takedown and
control.
#3 Double lapel grab: Step back to a deep middle stance, use
one hand to grasp partners hands, with momentum and other arm/elbow strike to
throw partner off balance while controlling arms. Several right back elbow
strikes to face. Finish with wheel-barrel takedown and control.
BROWN 2:
#1 Block to the inside while stepping forward. Forearm
strike to collarbone, then downward upset knife hand to opposite side. Use
momentum to grab opponents kneck, pivot out while grabbing punching arm for
throw. (step outside leg back to throw)
#2 Grab opponent’s hand and front kick his or her knee. Using
opposite side hand grab and turn wrist/arm to outside, apply pressure above
elbow. Downward elbow strike, Low section Knee inside, then sweep opponent
back.
#3 Twin forearm strike to opponent’s arms. Immediately
strike upwards with a twin palm strike to face. Trap opponents hands for
alternating elbow strikes x 2. (Reaction force = Trapping) Finish with upward
knee strikes x 2, and on guard.
